Headline Details: A 3U CubeSat spacecraft. The primary mission of Bobcat-1 is to educate students at Ohio University and local high schools about satellite design and operation, and inspire them to pursue STEM careers and to advance the radio art. Its secondary mission is to estimate GNSS inter-constellation time offsets. Proposing a UHF downlink using GMSK from 9k6 to 115k2. Planning a deployment from the ISS in August 2020 together with TJREVERB, NEUTRON-1, CySat-1 and SPACE HAUC.
