Headline Details: UWE-4 is an experimental 1U CubeSat dedicated to demonstrate and characterize an electric propulsion system for CubeSats and serves as education project for students of various disciplines. It will for the first time enable attitude and orbit control using an electric propulsion system. Proposing a 9k6 AX25 FSK UHF downlink and planning a launch into 500 or 550 km SSO from a launch in December 2018 from Vostochny. This service shall not be active right after launch in order to avoid large radio interference at the satellite during payload operations.** **Both amateur services and educational mission will now start after LEOP** **An uplink and downlink on 437.375 MHz have been coordinated**
