Headline Details: A 2U CubeSat. The main goals of the CubeBel-1 mission are: 1) To test active magnetic attitude control algorithms; 2) To collect scientific data from radiation spectrometer; 3) To locate position using GPS receiver; 4) To take pictures of Earth from Low Earth Orbit; 5) To collect scientific data from IR sensor. Proposing a UHF downlink using 4k8 and 9k6 GMSK. Planning a launch into a 600km SSO from Vostochniy on 2nd Dec 2017 with other satellites including Ionosfera 1, Ionosfera 2, Flying Laptop, SCOUT, WNISAT 1R, TechnoSat, NORSAT 1, AISSat 3, Baumanets 2. **For telemetry a downlink frequency on 436.990 MHz and for digipeater, downlink and uplink on 436.200 MHz have been coordinated**
