Headline Details: The mission of Unicorn-1 is twofold. The primary payload is an experimental 2.2GHz S-Band half duplex radio which will trial a link to an Avanti geo-synchronous satellite called Artemis. The secondary payload is an experimental ADS-B receiver to listen to aircraft beacons. Will have a ground to LEO radio in the UHF amateur band at 437 Mhz using AX25. Planning a Dnepr launch during late 2016 together with UniSat-7 and Arduiqube into a 600km SSO ** A downlink on 437.160 MHz has been coordinated** | ||||
