Headline Details: A 2U spacecraft - part of the QB50 constellation. The purpose of this CubeSat include: upper atmosphere science; radio communication experiments; technology demonstrator; education, training and outreach. Proposing a simplex transceiver with a downlink of up to 9k6 with GMSK or BPSK with FEC. Also a CW beacon. 200mW RF output power to a dipole. Commanding will be undertaken using FSK or GMSK at up to 9k6. AX-25 will not be employed. The Communication Space Protocol will be used between the OBC and the SUSat ground station(s). CSP packets will be encapsulated in a custom format that caters for synchronisation. This will be similar to the AAUsat3 framing format. An additional VHF freqeuncy has been requested for operation over Australia only.
