| Headline Details: RSP-P00 is a 1P-size (5cm-class) PocketQube satellite. The mission objectives are: 1) To demonstrate the feasibility and reliability of an ultra-small satellite platform. 2) To shorten the satellite development cycle for rapid technological iteration. 3) To open-source the developed technical know-how, including hardware designs and communication protocols, to the global amateur radio community. The satellite will transmit telemetry, digital voice using Codec2 (ME-2FSK FreeDV 2400B), and SSDV image data. The RSP-P00 mission aims to demonstrate space-based relay technologies for amateur radio using the 1P PocketQube platform. Key experiments include: 1) AX.25 Echo Back (AFSK,GMSK): An experimental mode in which AX.25 packets are uplinked from the ground, relayed via the satellite, and downlinked as-is. This is intended as a practice mode for beginners in amateur satellite communications to verify packet transmission. 2) APRS Repeater(AFSK,GMSK): Relays messages from amateur radio operators using the APRS protocol. It features two modes—real-time echo back and store-and-forward—and provides relay services worldwide. 3) SSDV Image Transmission(AFSK,GMSK): Transmits images using the SSDV protocol. We solicit images from the general public, schools, and organizations; after selection by our organization, they are loaded onto the satellite. Once loaded, the images are transmitted worldwide. 4) Codec2 (ME-2FSK) Digital Voice Communication: Enables digital voice communication between amateur radio operators. Like the APRS Repeater, it supports both real-time echo-back and store-and-forward modes and relays communications worldwide. 5) Issuance of QSL Cards(AFSK,GMSK): We will publish a command to retrieve the satellite’s HK data. Data (date/time, call sign, RST) from amateur radio operators who use this command to retrieve HK data from the satellite will be recorded on the satellite. Our organization will downlink the recorded data from the satellite and issue QSL cards in eQSL or PDF format. Proposing a UHF downlink with 1) CW (A1A): Data rate: 20 wpm. 2) GMSK (F1D): Data rate: 2400bps, 4800bps, 9600bps, 19200bps 3) AFSK (F2D): Data rate: 1200bps 4) ME-2FSK (F7W): Data rate: 2400bps modulation and data rates.
