| Headline Details: Similar to other 1U CubeSats in the first batch of the 75SSM, EagleSats' mission includes: • Validate the student-developed 1U CubeSat bus and confirm successful telemetry and telecommand link performance within the AmateurSatellite Service band. • Demonstrate LoRa-based store-and-forward inter-satellite links (ISL) as an educational and experimental communications exercise, fostering student learning in low-rate space networking, and does not require high data throughput. • Operate student-designed luminosity sensors and a GNSS receiver, with the GNSS providing navigation inputs to the ADCS and generating attitude, position, and experiment telemetry as part of the approved educational mission. • Implement a real-time AX.25 amateur digipeater (Ul frames only), providing transparent, non-store-and-forward packet relay consistent with established amateur satellite practice, operating at Digipeater: 435.170 MHz (Telecommand Uplink with the digipeater uplink sharing) and 436.547 MHz (digipeater downlink). • Conduct authorized, command-controlled Slow Scan Television (SSTV) demonstrations using the Robot36 standard, transmitted as digitized and AX.25 packetized data over the coordinated 9600 bps GFSK downlink at 436.547 MHz during predefined demonstration windows. Because EagleSat-A and EagleSat-B share the single Ground Control Station established at MCEME, digipeater and SSTV activation on the shared 436.547 MHz downlink is centrally scheduled by the controlling station: only one spacecraft is commanded into digipeater or SSTV mode at a time, with nonoverlapping activation windows allocated between EagleSat-A and EagleSat-B. Both payloads are ground- command-activated (not autonomous or continuous), so this scheduling is enforced operationally at the control station rather than by onboard logic. As MCEME has 2 Nos. 1U CubeSats, they will demonstrate inter-satellite links on both 437.160 MHz (between EagleSat-A and B) and 437.140 MHz (with 75 SSM CubeSats) on UHF frequencies. Public amateur participation is encouraged through reception of the beacon at 436.645 MHz, digipeater operation, and scheduled SSTV demonstrations. Telemetry and payload data are openly decodable by licensed amateur operators; frame format, modulation, and decoding documentation will be publicly available.
