| Headline Details: CPSAT (Cosmic Pulsating nano-Satellite) is a 3U CubeSat developed by Chosun University. The primary mission is to provide amateur radio satellite services including telemetry, beacon transmission, telecommand operation, and educational amateur radio communications. The satellite provides a software-based interactive communication function that allows licensed amateur radio operators to transmit predefined command messages to the spacecraft and receive corresponding responses generated by the onboard software. This functionality is intended to encourage participation by the worldwide amateur radio community and provide educational interaction with the spacecraft. Examples of supported interactions include educational queries regarding the satellite project, spacecraft status, mission information, and other predefined responses made available to amateur radio operators. The satellite also carries experimental payloads intended for educational and technology demonstration purposes, including optical communication technology and spacecraft attitude determination and control technologies. The mission serves as an educational platform for university students by providing practical experience in spacecraft design, integration, environmental testing, launch preparation, and on-orbit operations. Proposing a UHF downlink using BPSK at 1k2 or 2k4 or 4k8 using AX.25 protocol. Planning a launch from Naro Space Center, Goheung, Republic of Korea in to a SSO at approx 540 km during Q3 2026 | ||||
