| Headline Details: A 1U CubeSat, KorucuSAT-2 is a mission developed and operated entirely by students and alumni of Fulton Science Academy, under the supervision of licensed amateur radio operators, with no commercial or pecuniary interest. The mission is fundamentally centered on self-training and technical investigation, providing students with hands-on experience in the design, development, and operation of satellite systems, with a particular emphasis on satellite communications. In addition, the mission contributes to the continued development of the PyCubed open-source CubeSat platform through the release of hardware designs, software, and operational documentation for use by the broader amateur satellite community.
