Headline Details: A 3U CubeSat. INCA-2 will demonstrate the functionality of a neutron detector in Low Earth Orbit, gather neutron flux data with latitude and time stamping, and will attempt to correlate neutron spectrum with solar activity. INCA-2 will also operate as a V/U Digipeater when it is outside of range of NMSU’s ground station. INCA-2 will operate as an amateur radio Digipeater when it is more than 2,600km from our ground station located at NMSU in Las Cruces NM. Proposing a UHF 9k6 GMSK downlink using AX25.
