Automatic Packet Reporting System (APRS) Digipeater: APRS wiil provide digital message relay services to the amateur radio community by means of digital repeating. By setting a timer as a reserved command, it can be made to function at the time it passes over any country for up to 17 hours a day. Proposing a UHF downlink using 4k8 GMSK with AX25 and a CW beacon plus a VHF downlink for APRS.
