Headline Details: A swarm of four 0.25U Cubesats. They will demonstrate the novel quarter-unit (0.25U) CubeSat form factor with a mass of 375 grams. The mission objective is to verify this newly developed CubeSat platform. The satellites will be operated for educational purposes. They house a self developed UHF radio transceiver whose performance parameters is to be investigated in a low Earth orbit. The mission is combined with educational purposes. The satellite operations will be conducted in lecture courses under the guidance of licensed radio amateurs. As amateur service satellites, they will provide a data beacon, telemetry as well as a digipeater function. The amateur radio community is highly encouraged to collect telemetry data packets and chunks of greyscale images, which will then be assembled together at TU Berlin. Received images will be published on the project website and on social networks naming the radio amateurs involved. The activation of the digipeater will be announced. A GNU Radio implementation will be provided. See also: https://www.tu berlin.de/?213187 Proposing a UHF downlink using GMSK at 1k2 or 2k4 or 4k8 bps..
