Headline Details: A 1U CubeSat. The project mission is to support the HAM radio community with the possibility of use this satellite for their activities. The satellite will have a digipeater functionality. CW beacon with callsign, telemetry and selectable special message. All the data transmitted by the satellite will be open for public use and will be published on the internet. The second goal is to test a special sensor developed by PhD students from Hungary and Japan which will be able to detect gamma ray bursts. These bursts are the signals that the gravitational waves run through the earths atmosphere. This experiment can give us the possibility to estimate the coordinates in space where the gravitational waves came from. Planning UHF and VHF transceivers with 4k8 or 9k6 GFSK AX25 downlinks. Planning a launch in Q3 2020 from Baikonur into a 600 kmm SSO. More info from https://om3ksi.sk **A downlink on 437.025 MHz and an uplink on 145.905 MHz have been coordinated** | ||||
