Headline Details: A mission with 8 identical CubeSats.(1) high-school students’ educational satellite, high schools will only receive the telemetry beacons for educational research activities. (2) amateur radio transponder (3) The FM amateur radio transponder will be the only payload. Proposing 9k6 BPSK AX25 telemetry downlinks. They can be commanded to operate as U/V FM transponders. Planning a launch from India into a 580 km 98 degree orbit in September 2020. **The following frequencies for the eight spacecraft in the TEVEL mission - T1OFK, T2YRC, T3TYB, T4ATA, T5SNG, T6NZR, T7ADM, T8GBS- have been coordinated. Downlink for beacon, telemetry and transponder on 436.400 MHz and the transponder input on 145.970 MHz**
