Headline Details: A microsat with less than 40 kgs and 196x190x315 mm. BY70-3 satellite is one of a series of public welfare science education satellites launched by China center for Aerospace Science and Technology International Communications in cooperation with Taiyuan Jinshan Middle School and other schools, which are not commercial sources of funds. It is aimed at developing science education in space for primary and secondary school students around the world. In order to facilitate the operation and practice of students from all over the country and the world, the satellite plans to set up a space amateur frequency band communication payload for students to understand and practice the principle of satellite operation and control. Main mission will use X Band for communications. Proposing that the amateur payload will downlink telemetry on UHF using AX25 with 8kbps BPSK. Planning a launch from Taiyuan in September 2020 into a 500 km 40.7 degree orbit. More info at http://english.ccastic.spacechina.com/ ** A downlink on 437.443 MHz has been coordinated**
