Headline Details: A 1U CubeSat. This is a reflight of the Argus-01 design which was coordinated in December 2012 but did not operate due to launch failure on 5 November 2013. Train students in communicating with and operating spacecraft Experimental spacecraft operations: this spacecraft is highly autonomous and we are testing how well we can operate an Earth imaging mission with very limited uplink and downlink capabilities. Proposing a UHF downlink using 9k6 GMSK packet. Planning to deploy from the ISS in early 2020 with AztechSat-1, NEUTRON-1. A downlink on 437.290 MHz has been coordinated.
