Headline Details: A 3U CubeSat with propulsion capability. Proposing a V/U 30 kHz linear transponder with 1k2 BPSK telemetry and on 24 GHz a 1 Mbps BPSK telemetry downlink. Launch is planned for a high inclination LEO late 2018 on the ELaNA XXIV mission together with EdgeSat, CIRAS, NNUSat-2, SPACEICE, PTD, WEISSSat1 and IRVINE02 ** Telemetry downlinks on 435.800 MHz and 24049.00 MHz, and atransponder downlink on 436.810-435.840 MHz and uplink on 145.910-145.940 MHz have been coordinated**
