Headline Details: 3Cat-4 is a novel 1U CubeSat mission that implements in a Software Defined Radio a “flexible microwave payload” to perform (sequentially): 1) dualband (L1, L2/L5) GNSS-Reflectometry, 2) L-band radiometry with digital Radio Frequency Interference detection and mitigation techniques, and 3) an experimental Automatic Identification System (AIS). Proposing a UHF GMSK 9k6 downlink. Planning an ISS deployment in late 2019 as part of the ESA "Fly your satellite" educational project together with CELESTA, EIRSAT-1, ISTsat-1, LEDSAT, and UoS3.**A downlink on 437.350 MHz has been coordinated** | ||||
