Headline Details: A 45 kg spacecraft 450x490x490mm with the following missions:  Answer the request signal of the amateur radio user and transmit the photo from the satellite with user’s call sign.  Send a packet received from a amateur radio user when it goes to the opposite side of the Earth  Demonstration test of the Pulsed Plasma Thruster (PPT) mounted on the satellite Proposing an FM AFSK telemetry and data downlink with a 50wpm CW beacon on VHF. Also to act as a digital store and forward device with a UHF uplink. Planning a launch into a 613km SSO from the Tanegashima Space Center in August 2018. Expected to deploy with Diwata-2B(Tohoku University) Tenkou(Kyushu Institute of Technology) AO-stars(Shizuoka University) AUTcube2(Aichi University of Technology) More info at http://www.oit.ac.jp/med/~tahara/top.html **Downlink on 145.850 MHz and an uplink on 435.650MHz have been coordinated**
