Headline Details: The HSKSAT 3U Cubesat mission will experiment with unprecedented high speed communication techniques over the amateur radio communication community. The satellite will transmit a large capacity of data at high transmission speed of 1 Mbps within occupied bandwidth of merely 290 kHz through a modulation of 32APSK in the S band. This mission will contribute to attain high speed data transmission on the amateur radio communication by published the technical information and providing opportunity for high speed communications experiment. Proposing a UHF beacon and telemetry downlink using 9k6 GMSK and 1k2 AFSK plus an S Band Data downlink capable of 32APSK / BPSK / GMSK with Symbol rates: 200ksps (1Mbps) / 100ksps / 9600sps. Planning a 6 month mission after deployment from the ISS in January 2018. ** Downlinks on 437.275 MHz and 2400.300 MHz have been coordinated**
Application Date: 06 Dec 2016   Freq coordination completed on 28 Mar 2017
