Headline Details: To demonstrate nanosecond-level time transfer from Earth to a low Earth orbiting CubeSat using optical frequencies. The Lithium radio provides for commands up and telemetry down. The beacon will allow anyone in the amateur radio community to check the status of CHOMPTT. This include’s any sensor reading data such as temperature and time. Requesting a UHF downlink for 9k6 GMSK telemetry. Planning a RocketLabs launch from Mahia in New Zealand in June 2017 together with ANDESITE, Davinci, CubeSail, NMTSat, GeoStare, TomSat Eagle Scout, TomSat R3, ISX, SHFT-1, RSat, CeREs, STF-1, Shields-1 into a circular 500km orbit with 85 degree inclination. ** A frequency of 437.560MHz has been coordinated** | ||||
