Headline Details: JAISAT-1 is a 3U CubeSat and will serve as a communication relay for amateur radio community worldwide via the onboard Inverting Linear Transponder. The linear transponder is designed to receive an uplink on 145 MHz band and downlink on 435MHz cm band (Mode J) with a 30 kHz bandwidth. The propose frequency of linear transponder are uplink on 145.935 -145.965 MHz and downlink 435.935 - 435.965MHz. JAISAT-1 housekeeping data will be transmitting via a CW beacon and telemetry on 435.325 MHz. An orbit information and operational plan of the satellite will be made available to the amateur radio community. Software to decode the satellite data will be also made available. The amateur radio stations that can successfully decode the housekeeping and telemetry data shall receive QSL CARD from AMSAT Thailand. Planning a launch from Vostochny in late 2018 or early 2019 into a 585km polar orbit. More info available at https://www.amsat-hs.org/**The following frequencies have been coordinated: 435.325 MHz for downlink, 435.935-435.965 MHz for linear transponder downlink and 145.935-145.965 MHz for linear transponder uplink**
