Headline Details: A 30kg microsat mission measuring near UV emissions from the earth's night side atmosphere and to evaluate multi-layer capacitor technology. Will incorporate a APRS digipeater on 145.825MHz using modified TH-D7s. Construction will complete in 2005 and launch not expected before July 2006
