Headline Details: A 50kg class spacecraft. This satellite is planned to (1) relay messages in amateur service. The relay messages are the service people can use the space station as the mail box. The specific steps includes:  An amateur radio station transmits messages to the space station for individual/public and the messages are stored in the space station.  Another amateur radio station transmits a command to the space station and the space station transmits presence or absence of the messages.  If there are messages which another amateur radio station can access, another amateur radio station transmits a command and the space station transmits the messages. It will use AX25/KISS with 1k2 FSK uplink on VHF and 9k6 GMSK downlink on UHF (2) To collect AIS signals from ships in sea by AIS receiver. (3) To take pictures of particular site on Earth and space debris by the Infrared camera. A launch is planned by JAXA in Dec 2015 into a 575km circular orbit with a 31 degree inclination. It will be launched together with Chubusat-2 and HORYU-4 and maybe others. ** A downlink on 437.425MHZ and an uplink on 145.840MHz have been coordinated** ** A launch date of Feb 12th 2016 has now been advised**
