Headline Details: KAUSAT-5 is a 3U CubeSat. The primary missions of KAUSAT-5 are to observe the Earth by using IR camera and measure the amount of radiation around LEO. The secondary mission of KAUSAT-5 is to demonstrate and verify the localized components developed in Space System Research Lab. Proposing a UHF downlink using 9k6 FSK and a 2.4GHZ downlink using 115k2 MSK. Planning a Falcon 9 launch late 2015 with Tom, Jerry, CNUsail-1, Sigma and STEP-1.
