| Headline Details: Will provide a digital transponder using PSK-31 and AX.25 communications.In addition, provide position and Doppler information each time it passes through the NSSS radar fence. Uplinks on 437 and 28MHz and downlink on 145.825. Intended to be"launched" downwards from a Shuttle or the ISS sometime in 2005/6. Expected to have a 6 month life. | ||||
