| Headline Details: 3Cat-2 is a 6 U CubeSat mission designed to perform ocean altimetry by means of Global Navigation Satellite Systems Reflectometry (GNSS-R). The main payload is the novel dual-band altimeter P(Y) & C/A ReflectOmeter (PYCARO). Proposing to downlink on 145MHz using 9k6 BPSK and on 2.4GHz using GMSK up to 100kbps.
