Headline Details: A 2U spacecraft - part of the QB50 constellation. The purpose of this CubeSat include: upper atmosphere science; radio communication experiments; technology demonstrator; education, training and outreach. Proposing a simplex transceiver with a UHF downlink of 4k8 MSK to a turnstile antenna.** A downlink of 437.740MHz has been coordinated**** A change of downlink modulation to 9k6 BPSK has now been coordinated**
