Headline Details: A 2U spacecraft - part of the QB50 constellation. The purpose of this CubeSat include: upper atmosphere science; radio communication experiments; technology demonstrator; education, training and outreach. Proposing a simplex transceiver with a downlink of up to 9k6 with GMSK or BPSK with FEC. Also a CW beacon. 200mW RF output power to a dipole. Commanding will be undertaken using FSK or GMSK at up to 9k6. AX-25 will not be employed. The Communication Space Protocol will be used between the OBC and the SUSat ground station(s). CSP packets will be encapsulated in a custom format that caters for synchronisation. This will be similar to the AAUsat3 framing format. An additional VHF freqeuncy has been requested for operation over Australia only. Additional detail will be made available at http://www.itr.unisa.edu.au/ in due course ** Downlinks on 436.775 MHz and 145.835 MHz have been coordinated**
