Headline Details: RACE is a 10x10x30 cm CubeSat with mass less than 4.5kg. The primary objective of the RACE mission is to collect water vapor radiance measurements using a radiometer instrument as a science experiment. The spacecraft will transmit using GMSK at 38k4 and CW Telemetry on 435-438 MHz until end of life. The spacecraft is currently manifested for the CRS-4 mission in April 2014. A 350x425km 51 degree orbit with a <1 year life is planned. More info from http://lightsey.ae.utexas.edu/research/race ** A downlink frequency of 437.525MHz has been coordinated**
