Headline Details: A 1U CubeSat project. It is planned to be deployed from the International Space Station by the JEM Remote Manipulator System (JEMRMS) of the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA). The satellite will use low cost open-source software and hardware for primary and secondary flight computers that will control the payload consisting of an onboard VGA camera, GPS receiver, ** A revised proposal has been received. The linear transponder and the AX25 transceiver will both be U/V.** ** Coordinated downlink frequencies of 145.850 MHz for AX 25 and 145.950 MHz for the transponder with uplinks on 435.550 MHz and 435.180MHz respectively have been coordinated**
