Headline Details: A 1U cubesat intended to provide APRS on 145.825MHz for emergency communications and digipeating. Will additonally carry a U/V tarnsceiver with 1k2 BPSK downlink. Additionally it will provide a CW beacon or a FM to DSB transponder. No launch or orbit details are presently available.
