Headline Details: A 3U cubesat that splits into two with a 1km tether to test electrodynamic tether propulsion. Both spacecraft will use 9k6 AX25 GFSK packet downlinks on UHF. Planning to launch on ORS-3 in July 2013 from Wallops Island. **Tethersat-1 has been coordinated on 437.100MHz and Tethersat-2 on 437.305MHz**
