Headline Details: A 2U CubeSat, identical to COPPER, intended to collect in-space radiation-event data on test circuits to help calibrate new models for predicting the effects of radiation on space electronics. Will use spread spectrum using an experimental licence on 2.4GHz but also will carry a UHF AX25 1k2 AFSK 100mW telemetry beacon. Planning a launch into a 300x800km (approx) 120 degree inclination orbit on an Atlas V. Also manifested are CUNYSat, Mcubed-II, FIREBIRD, UNP-6 RadCal and KYSAT-II. ** Co-ordinated frequencies of 437.290MHz for the beacon and 2403.00 to 2403.40MHz for the spread spectrum have been provided**** Proposal now revised to operate 9k6 downlink on 437.290MHz only.
