Headline Details: A 20 kg spacecraft approx 300x300x350mm planning to use VHF for uplink and UHF for downlinks, will also experiment with bright LEDs for space to earth communication using CW. AX25 will be used for telemetry on UHF. There will also be a low power CW beacon. ** REVISED** Downlink frequencies of 437.305 and 437.485 MHz have been coordinated** Expected to launch into a 400km 65 degree orbit from Japan.
