Headline Details: The satellite will download telemetry information (consisting of internal and external temperature, voltage and current data of the spacecraft) and a message recorded on a memory to a ground station located on the UAP (Alas Peruanas University) campus using standard AX.25 packet radio protocol. A 1U cubesat is proposed with a V/U transceiver using AX25 packets for the downlink with ECSS-E_70-41A standards. ** Uplinks on 145.980MHz and a downlink on 437.385MHz have been coordinated**
