Headline Details: Originally known as Oscar Echo. A Microsat project. Launched 29th June 2004 to LEO by Dnepr LV into 650 km circular orbit with 93 deg inclination. Four VHF receivers and two high power UHF transmitters are included. Digital data up to 76.8kbps speeds. 29MHz SSB receiver for PSK31 with UHF FM downlink. Separate Mode L/S transponder. Multiple modes are possible. Intended to operate simultaneous voice & data. Can be configured with geographical personalities.
