Headline Details: This single cubesat mission wishes to: 1.To transmit the beacon signal. 2.To achieve 3 axes stabilization of the spacecraft. 3.To establish the link with ground station. 4.To capture an image of the earth. 5.Transfer the image and telemetry data. 6. Repeat mission objective 4 and 5. The group are proposing to use a 10mW CW beacon on UHF and also a half duplex 9k6 or 4k8bps FSK TC/TLM link with 1 watt output also on UHF. Planning for a March 2010 launch from India into a 680km sun synchronous orbit. ** 437.505MHz is the coordinated downlink frequency** More info can be found at www.teamstudsat.com.
