Headline Details: A proposal for a 300x300x300mm satellite with a 10kg mass. Intended to measure total electron count in a 800km sun synchronous orbit. Proposing a VHF CW beacon and UHF data AX25 downlink. Intended for a 3rd Q 2010 launch from Sriharikota. See http://www.aero.iitb.ac.in/pratham/index.php **An updated request was received on 29th March 2016 and the telemetry downlink on 437.455MHz has been reconfirmed with an additional CW beacon on 145.980MHz** ** A new launch window of the fourth week of September 2016 has been confirmed on the PSLV C35 flight**
