Headline Details: A double cubesat design.Planned for a possible launch from India in late 2010 into a sun syncronous 800 km orbit. Planning to use VHF down and UHF up links.Will use VX-3R for AFSK 1k2Bd AX25FM downlink and also Microhard transceiver for higher speed GMSK experiments. The purpose of the mission is to: - Survive and collect data on space environment including photos, temperature, magnetic data - Demonstrate the application of COTS products in space - Demonstrate autonomous flight software. 437.485MHz downlink has been coordinated ** Now changed to a 1U cubesat in a 300km orbit with two VX3R transceivers. One using VHF and one using UHF.** | ||||
