Headline Details: This is a 5kg triple cubesat mission. The name O/OREOS comes from "Organisms/Organics Exposure to Orbital Stresses NanoSatellite" A UHF beacon is proposed with TC and TLM using the 2.4GHZ ISM service. Planned for a Dec 15th 2009 launch from OSC at Kodiak Island, Alaska into a 635km 72 deg inclination orbit. Beacon downlink has been coordinated on 437.305MHz For more info see http://www.crestnrp.org
