Proposing Simplex operation on both UHF and on 145.825MHz. Design life of 20 years. Possible 2010 DNEPR launch from Russia. More info from http://ulcape.org ** Resubmitted for coordination Jan 2013 now planning a Wallops Island launch summer/autumn 2013 into a 500km 40 degree orbit** ** Coordinated frequencies are now 145.825MHz and 437.325MHz**
