Headline Details: A cubesat project proposng VHF uplink and UHF FSK and CW downlinks. Planned for a 400x800km sun syncronous sub-recurrent orbit.No launch opportunity is identified at this time. House keeping data and mission data is sent to the ground with a transmitter. The photograph in space is taken with the camera. Magnetic data of the orbit is acquired with the magnetic sensor. ** A downlink frequency of 437.375 MHz has been coordinated** More information is available at http://kitsat.ele.kyutech.ac.jp **This project has been deferred until AFTER Horyu-II has been launched**
