Headline Details: The CubeSat project has a size of 1U. The CubeSat Luca-1 payload is equipped with a charged particle sensor. This payload is used for an educational program. The Luca-1 mission is designed for amateur reception of photographs taken by the satellite, special SSTV images in order to popularize the reception of data from satellites among radio amateurs, students and schoolchildren. The project team hopes to attract young people to the hobby of amateur radio, since the equipment for receiving photographs and SSTV images is easy to manufacture and does not require large expenses, which should facilitate an easy start and development of interest. In addition, the CubeSat is equipped with a miniature camera for filming the earth's surface and transmitting it to ground stations for public viewing. In addition, this project will allow high school students, students and radio amateurs to receive telemetry data and images from near-earth orbit using an open protocol. Additional goals of the project are to obtain images of various orbital objects. Proposing a UHF downlink using GMSK between 2k4 & 19k2. Planning a Roscosmos launch from Vostochny into 500/600 km SSO. **Downlinks on 437.180 MHz and 436.150 MHz (spare) have been coordinated**
