Headline Details: NUTSAT-3: A Dedicated Full Amateur Radio CubeSat: NUTSAT-3, The callsign BN0UTC, a 3U CubeSat will provide essential services to the global amateur radio community. Primary Mission: Voice Cross-Band Repeater: Facilitate real- time voice communication between amateur radio operators on 145.98 MHz (Uplink tone 67Hz) and 435.25 MHz (Downlink) and with telemetry downlink on 437.850 MHz using 1k2 AFSK and AX25. APRS Digipeater: Enable the transmission of real-time position and status information from APRS-equipped devices on 145.825 MHz. Educational Outreach: Student Involvement: Actively engage students in mission data analysis, RF design performance of satellite radio communications. Community Participation: Encourage public engagement through open telemetry data and online dashboards like SatNOGS. Telemetry: Unencrypted Telemetry: Publicly accessible, unencrypted telemetry packets will be disseminated through websites, promoting transparency and community collaboration. Planning a launch NET Feb 25th 2026 by Space One (Kii Range), Japan,into a 500km polar orbit together with TATARA-IR, SC-Sat Ia, Hero, AETS-1. **The frequencies requested above have been coordinated**
