Headline Details: The CubeSat project is 1U in size. QMR-KWT 2 mission, is an amateur radio mission. CubeSat QMR-KWT 2 as a payload is equipped with an FM transponder voice messaging for amateur radio purposes. The project team hopes in this way to attract young people to the amateur radio hobby, as the equipment for radio communication via satellite FM transponder is not difficult to make and not expensive, which should contribute to easy learning of satellite radio communication and develop further interest. In addition, the cubesat is equipped with a miniature camera for taking pictures of the ground and transmitting them to ground stations for everyone to see. The possibility of transmitting images via SSTV protocol is realised. In addition, this project will allow high school students, university students and radio amateurs to receive telemetry data and images via an open protocol from Earth orbit. Additional goals of the project are to acquire images of various orbiting objects. Amateur radio operators can make short amateur radio calls using the FM transponder on board. Amateur radio operators can receive Cubesat photos and SSTV images. Proposing a UHF downlink for telemetry using 4k8 GMSK and transponder. Planning a launch from Vostochny June 2025 into a 500/600 km SSO. **A downlink on 426.950 MHz and a transponder uplink on 145.920 MHz have been coordinated**
Application Date: 18 Feb 2025   Freq coordination completed on 24 Mar 2025
