Headline Details: A remote sensing ocean color detection across equator in some specific ocean area Data downlink through 8200 or 8250MHz transmission, and using UHF for spacecraft tele-command/ telemetry processing. Provide a CubeSat operation through amateur radio for students in NCU to manage the space technology: radio link budget, mo/demodulation analysis and USRP development for educational institutes, Proposing a UHF downlink using 2FSK, 4FSK, 4GFSK or GMSK at 4k8. Planning a Transporter 11 launch on 8th July 2024 into a 600 km polar orbit. **The Coordination team has declined to coordinate the frequencies for this mission**
