Headline Details: A 3 U mission. The amateur channel will be available to the radio amateur community during pre-scheduled periods of time during which users will be able to communicate with the satellite. These periods will be sufficiently long daily to allow exploitation of the amateur satellite payload by the amateur community. Emission Classifications and Bandwidth A single-issue denomination will be used, 35K0F1DBN, which corresponds to: 35K0: 35 kHz bandwidth F: Emission in which the main carrier has frequency modulation. 1: A single channel containing quantized or digital information without the use of a modulating sub-carrier, excluding time division multiplexing. D: Data transmission, telemetry, telecommand. B: Two-condition code with elements of the same number and duration without error-correction. N: None multiplexing. The OTD-1 mission (ODALISS Technology Demonstration - 1) seeks to offer a satellite amateur payload, designed in cooperation with Spanish Amateur Association. This is possible thanks to the goal of demonstrating the space platform and consequently, offering a dedicated payload to satellite amateur. In addition, the ODALISS satellite platform will provide various communications links between the satellite and the ground station in order to test the functionality of the various units and subsystems that operate on board the satellite. ODALISS is a short duration mission and complies with the short duration mission profile defined in Resolution 32, since: - the services planned by ODALISS are not subject to the provisions of Section II of Article 9. - The maximum period is expected to be less than 3 years, assuming that the frequency assignments will be cancelled after said period. - the number of satellites is 1 and their mass is less than 100 kg. The mass of the satellite will be 3 kg. The useful life of the satellite will be 24 months. The launch is expected in the period Q3 of the year 2023. At the end of its useful life, the satellite will passivate entering a deactivation mode that will imply the disconnection of the batteries so that, at the end of the orbital period of the satellite, it enters the atmosphere disintegrating since the design has been made considering that no part will survive atmospheric re-entry. Proposing a UHF downlink using 2-FSk at up to 9k6. Planning a launch at end of 2023 or Q1 2024 possibly from Andoya, Norway into a 550 to 650km orbit. **Coordination has been declined as the request is from a commercial company and no amateur mission has been defined**
