Headline Details: A 1U CubeSat. Radio Amateur and educational program which aims to teach students around the world about RF engineering and satellite operations. The program is free of charge and any student around the world can take part in it. Students will be able to submit proposals for onboard firmware/software related to satellite operations, signal processing etc. and the best proposals will be thoroughly checked on the ground and uploaded on the satellite as part of its operations. The radio amateur community will be able to review this code and receive its output/results and take part of student teams. Proposing a GFSK downlink using AX25 at up to 19k2 baud, plus a CW beacon. Planning a Momentus launch with SpaceX from Vandenberg in June 2021 into a 450 km polar orbit **In the absence of receiving any details a valid amateur mission frequency coordination has been declined**
