Headline Details: While over the Service Area (Singapore), the radios will be used to for control and data retrieval of experiments conducted onboard the satellite in space using 1k2 BPSK on VHF Outside of Service Area, the radios will operate as a CW Beacon (open to the Amateur Community) throughout the orbit, with 20-second transmissions at up to 4 minutes interval. approx size 30 x 30 x 38 cms with deployable solar panels 22.5 kg. also planning a 8.3 GHz downlink. Planning an ISRO launch in 2020 into 550km 15 degree inclination orbit. More info was requested from the group but they have been advised that "Unfortunately we do not find an amateur mission. The IARU Satellite Frequency Coordination Panel is of the opinion that spectrum for TT&C purposes must be found in bands allocated to the service of the main mission"
